The following policies have been developed following government guidelines and are liable to change as further information becomes available.
We have always taken great pride in our level of cleanliness and will continue to work hard to maintain our standards whilst giving extra attention to areas that have the highest levels of contact.
The pool area has only 10 sunbeds which allows for separation between guests. We will disinfect pool handrails throughout the day.
The library, honesty bar and guest computer will not be available for the time being.
In public areas we will disinfect all door handles and switches regularly.
We will provide disinfectant at various points around the property.
In the apartment before your arrival we will:
Disinfect your apartment keys.
Disinfect all door handles and switches.
Remove all unnecessary magazines, brochures, pens etc.
Wash all crockery, cutlery and other cooking utensils.
Disinfect kitchen taps and worksurfaces.
Disinfect taps, handles and all other touchpoints in the bathroom.
Provide disinfectant hand gel.
To avoid unnecessary contact, we will not clean the apartment daily. We will offer an optional linen change every 4 days. We will still remove all rubbish as necessary.
Buffet breakfast will be modified. While still offering the same choice of foods, we will serve everyone at their tables rather than allowing guests to help themselves.
When it is necessary to serve breakfast under cover or inside we may have to limit the number of people at any one time in order to maintain distancing.
